In 1992, the leading winemakers of Rust formed the »Cercle Ruster Ausbruch« with the goal of continuing the tradition of the famed Ruster Ausbruch. As long-time leader of this association, Heidi Schröck works together with other vintners not only to keep up the high quality standard of this noble sweet wine specialty, but also even to improve upon it. It is their goal to restore this historic specialty to its merit recognition among the world's elite dessert wines.
