As Heidi Schröck took over the family winery in 1983, she inherited the experience of previous generations and a deep love for her work. Heidi harvests Blaufränkisch from 40-year-old vines that were planted by her great aunts. The re-importation of the historic varieties Muscat-Lunel and Furmint from Hungary demonstrates her commitment to tradition.
