At the time Heidi Schröck decided to become a vintner, she was one of the few women braving the male-dominated wine branch. Conscious of the strength in numbers, she gathered together with 10 other female vintners to found the club »11 Women and their Wine«. The engagement of these eleven women has helped make it a matter of course for women to enjoy, produce, and market wine.
